Because we work with people all over New Zealand, it isn't possible for most of our customers to drop in and see us. Thanks to Zoom, we're able to chat with you, face-to-face no matter where you're located.

We're usually available between 9am and 5pm on Weekdays, and invite anyone to start a meeting with us via Zoom.

• No tricky downloads. Some of our customers find it helpful to download the Zoom Meetings Client (here), but you don't need to do this prior to beginning a meeting. All you need to do to get in touch with us is click the pink button above.
• We can provide assistance, even though we're not in the room. If you've come across something that you want us to take a look at, you can connect with us via Zoom and we can take a look at your screen and help you out (only if you give us permission to do this).
• We're available when you need us. ​It's very important to us that location is not a barrier to connecting with our clients. We'd love you to get in touch with us anytime.
• Chat with us from any device. No matter what device you're using, you can connect with us in exactly the same way. Simply click the button above to begin.

FAQs

• Do I have to turn on my video? No you don't. We love being able to see our customers, but feel free to leave your video switched off if you like.
• Is this the same as Skype? Zoom and Skype are very similar platforms, yes.
• Do I need any special equipment? Not really. As long as your computer has a microphone (or headphones with a microphone plugged in) we'll be able to chat with you.
• Can you see my screen all the time? No. We can only see your computer screen via Zoom if you choose to share it with us. Similarly, we can't remotely control your screen without your permission.
• I clicked the button to start a meeting, but my call wasn't answered. What went wrong? It is possible that we were helping out another customer when you called. Please try again, or send us a message and let us know that you're trying to get in touch so we can set up a time to connect.
